Roast Chicken With Bacon





1 chicken

250g bacon

2.5 dl cream

1 cup milk

juice of one lemon



Clean the chicken, salt it inside and out and wind it with thin slices of bacon. Then secure with thread for cooking.

Pour into pan and bake and put water in it, thus allowing the meat to be juicy roast.

When baked chicken will remove the string and cut into pieces.

The juice from the pan in which they cooked chicken mix with sour cream, lemon juice, milk and boil it. This sauce pour the meat.
