Diet with Beets




Beetroot is one of the healthiest vegetables rich in many vitamins and minerals.

Beetroot is ideal for detoxification of the body because it stimulates the liver, easily digested and improves digestion. 100 grams of beets has only 36 calories and is therefore great for diets.

Beetroot is low calorie vegetable that helps you improve your immunity and you can deal with anemia and excess weight.

It contains vitamin B group from which most outstanding folic acid and vitamin C.Thanks to the red plant pigment (hence acquires red color) as betaine and betaninot, through daily consumption of beet you can adjust blood pressure.

With beets diet lasts 10 days. Mandatory requirement to consume in 10 days juice of beets, carrots and oranges. Juice drink twice a day, before lunch and before dinner, 20 minutes before eating.

The juice is made from 1 beetroot, 2 carrots, 1 orange. The menu consists of 3 meals.
