Lose 12 kg In 1 Month With This Brazilian Diet





In this post we are going to present you one diet regime which will make you lose all the fat that you don’t want to.

This diet can be used in two ways: fast and normal.

The fast version will have different effects on your health, that is the reason why we are not recommending and we are not going to discuss in this article.

The normal way of having this diet is by the consumption of different fruits and veggies.

You will not be hungry and you will keep this diet for the end.

In addition we are going to present you the plan which is for 7 days.



  • Breakfast: 1 cup orange juice, 1 whole orange, 1 banana
  • Snack: piece of toast and cup orange juice
  • Lunch: 100g fresh veggie salad and 100g boiled fish
  • Supper: same as lunch
  • Before going to sleep: small piece of toast and a cup orange juice


  • Breakfast: one soft-boiled egg, cup apple juice
  • Snack: 1 little piece of toast, 1 cup apple juice
  • Lunch: 100g prepared meat, 4 lettuce leaves and 2 boiled potatoes
  • Dinner: 200g boiled fish, hard-boiled egg, lettuce and peas
  • Before going to bed: 1 toast and 1 cup apple juice


  • Breakfast: 1 cup lean milk, piece of toast
  • Treat: 100g lean cheese
  • Lunch: 100g rice, 150g cabbage salad(with 1 tbs. lemon juice )
  • Dinner: 1 apple, 100g cooked meat, 4 lettuce leaves
  • Prior to going to sleep: cup apple juice, small piece of toast


  • Breakfast: cup of pineapple juice, 60g pineapple
  • Snack: cup pineapple juice, 1 piece of toast
  • Lunch: 100g boiled meat, piece of cheese and 1 orange
  • Supper: 150g grated carrot salad and 2 boiled potatoes
  • Before going to bed: cup pineapple juice, piece of toast


  • Breakfast: banana, handful of grapes
  • Snack: cup of carrot juice and piece of toast
  • Lunch: 2 small boiled carrots, 150g boiled fish
  • Dinner: bowl of vegetable soup and piece of bread
  • Before going to sleep: cup of orange juice and little piece of toast


  • Breakfast: cup apple juice and piece of toast
  • Snack: 150g boiled grated beats salad with oil
  • Lunch: 1 bowl veggie soup and a small piece of bread
  • Dinner: 100g fried mushrooms, 100g fresh veggies salad
  • Prior to going to sleep: cup apple juice and 2 biscuits


  • Breakfast: banana and handful of grapes
  • Snack: cup of carrot juice and piece of toast
  • Lunch: 100g salad of fresh cabbage, 100g boiled meat, young onions and juice of 1 lemon
  • Dinner: 1 bowl of veggie soup, 100g fruits, 4 lettuce leaves
  • Prior to going to sleep: cup of apple juice and 2 dried figs

You can also prolonger the diet from 2-4 weeks.

This diet is made with certain consumption of vitamins and minerals and proteins daily, so you will be full and lose weight in the same time.
