Fortunately, there are some easy practices and exercises you can do to reduce fat on the neck. Here are the exercises:
Yoga helps your body in many ways and it can also get rid of facial fat. Simple yoga poses like bending your neck backward to maximum and holding it for 10-15 seconds will help in stimulating the muscles. Yoga helps in maintaining the blood flow to small capillaries and carry away the fat particles.
2: Chin Exercises
You can practice this either standing or sit down. Tilt your head to the back with your eyes on the ceiling. Pour your lips now as if you are kissing the roof, keep it for 10 seconds then release it. Do this 10 times. This is the best exercise you can do to get rid of fat from lower jawline and neck.
3: Fish Pose
Suck on your lips and cheeks, then try a smile. Hold it for five seconds then release. Repeat this for 10-12 times a day. You will feel a little stretch on your cheek muscles, but that’s good. It’s a sign of squeezing fats from the tissue.
4: Jaw Stretch
Keep your tightly closed and move your teeth as you are chewing something. Keep chewing with your lips closed for 15 seconds. Then open your mouth as wide as you can and breath in the air. Again do the chewing action with closed lips. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times a day.
